A piece from SNM is meant to be kept. Still, we want you to be certain — so our terms are plain, and we honour them without theatrics.
Returns
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging, with the certificate of authenticity included.
- Begin a return by replying to your order confirmation; we will arrange insured, signature-required collection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece is received and inspected.
- Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are crafted for you individually and are not eligible for return, except where a piece arrives faulty.
Repairs & resizing
We stand behind the work of our artisans. Resizing within the first year is offered at no charge on most ring styles. Beyond that, we repair and restore SNM pieces for as long as you own them, charging only for materials where stones or significant metal must be replaced.
Our Promise
We made it by hand, so we can mend it by hand. A piece from SNM is never beyond care.
Watch movement warranty
Watches carry a two-year warranty on the movement against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty covers the mechanism; it does not cover damage from accident, water beyond the stated rating, unauthorised service, or ordinary wear to straps and external finish.
To make a movement claim, contact us with your order reference; we will arrange insured shipping to our watchmaker and keep you informed at each step.
Authenticity & certificates
Every piece arrives with a certificate of authenticity and a Jaipur hallmark. To learn how we document provenance, read our heritage. For anything not covered here, write to us — we would rather you ask than wonder.
